Your subscription plan includes a fixed number of scans per month that renew automatically. Credits are one-time top-ups, you purchase them separately and they never expire, so you can run extra scans whenever you need without upgrading your plan.
Yes. You can add any domain you own or are authorized to test. Sensagraph does not allow scanning domains you do not control, scanning a third-party domain without permission is a violation of our terms of service.
A typical scan completes in a few minutes, depending on the target and the number of tools running in parallel. You will be notified as soon as the report is ready. Large or complex targets may take slightly longer.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused credits from purchased packages carry over regardless of plan changes.
